Easy Peppermint Dessert

INGREDIENTS

2 cans nestlé cream (large) 2 cans caramel treat 2 packets caramel tennis biscuits 1 large peppermint crisp slab

METHOD

Beat nestlé cream and caramel treat together. Starting with a thin layer of caramel mixture at the bottom of a large rectangular casserole, layer with tennis biscuits and caramel mixture, ending with a layer of caramel mixture. Spread grated peppermint crisp over and refrigerate for a few hours.
