250 ml fresh cream 1 small tin nestle cream 1 tin peppermint caramel 2-3 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 packet tennis biscuits 2 slab peppermint chocolate,chopped
Beat caramel and nestle cream. Then add fresh cream,vanilla and cocoa. Beat until mixed well.
Now line loaf tin with cling wrap. Now layer tennis biscuits first then spread wet mixture. Then sprinkle chopped peppermint chocolate. Then again biscuits,wet mixture and chopped chocolate. Save 3 tablespoon wet mixture aside. Last layer with biscuits. Cover tightly and keep in fridge until set. When serve spread wet mixture and sprinkle chocolate. Serve chilled. Enjoy 😊
