-2 tins of ambrosia custard-3 small bars of Terry's chocolate orange-2 small bars of galaxy smooth milk chocolate-chocolate chip cookies (any variety,I use Maryland red packet or purple packet depending on how rich I want the dessert to be)-orange juice-whipped cream (optional)
METHOD
1.) Empty custard into a saucepan, break the Terry's chocolate orange and Galaxy smooth milk chocolate into pieces and add to the custard,place on cooker on low heat till chocolate is completely melted into the custard,stir frequently.2.) Add a spoonful of the chocolate custard to a serving glass as the first layer,dip one cookie into orange juice and place ontop of the custard as a second layer (repeat the above,I normally do 4 layers of chocolate custard and 3 layers of cookies dipped in orange juice)3.) Decorate as desired and place in fridge till cold.
INFO & TIPS
This dessert can be made as a chocolate mint dessert if chocolate orange ingredients aren't available in your country or If you prefer mint.
Mint variation ...

-3 small bars of mint aero
-1 small bar of dairy milk
~~~dip cookies in hot chocolate instead of orange juice~~~
Decorate with whipped cream. (Optional)
