200g butter 60g sugar250g flour (+-)5ml vanilla essence
Place all ingredients into your mixer to form a soft dough. (Add 200g flour first and add more if you need to)Roll out on a lightly floured surface. Cut into rounds and cut out centers to form rings. (I used a vanilla essence lid)Bake at 180 till golden.When cool, dip half of each biscuit into melted chocolate and sprinkle with nuts
