Cake : Beat egg whites stiff. Set aside. Mix yolks, sugar, cocoa & oil until combined. Sift flour and Baking powder. Add buttermilk and beat. Fold in egg whites
Grease a 20 cm round cake pour batter and bake on 180 deg for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. One bake leave for 10 minutes remove from cake tin and cool further on a wire rack.
TOPPING : Add topping ingredients to a sauce pan bring to a boil until it thickens, remove from heat allow to cool. Pour over cooled cake decorate as desired.
