INGREDIENTS
1 Liter yoghurt (any flavor,I used strawberry)1 tin condensed milk ( I used ½ tin)Tennis biscuits¼ cup butter melted
METHOD
Crush biscuits finely and add melted butter to bind.Place in a pyrex dish. Press down with a spoon.
Mix yoghurt and condensed milk well and spread evenly over base.
Cook in micro for 4 minutes.
Cool and decorate as desired before placing in fridge to chill and then serve.
Raspberry topping:
Punnet raspberries (rinse in water)5TB icing sugarWater to cover
Add raspberries,water and sugar in a microwave container and cook for 3 minutes until mix starts to puree. Stir in between and place on top of cheesecake before placing in fridge.
