Sauté chopped onion in a pan with olive oil. Add: cubed chicken fillets, chopped green pepper, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, crushed garlic, finely minced ginger, fine red chillies/chilli paste, chicken spice, lemon juice, Maggie chilli sauce, cayenne pepper, Robertsons exotic thai spice. Sauté on low until done. Add chopped spring onions and cashews.
Make about 2-3 packets of 2 minute noodles (depending on how much chicken you have). Mix it into the chicken and garnish with chopped dhania (coriander).
