INGREDIENTS
1 Chicken fillet cut into thin strips1 onion thickly sliced1 teaspoon garlic pasteSmall piece ginger jullienne3 colour peppers sliced1 carrot jullienneFew button mushrooms thickly sliced1 teaspoon red chilli paste1 green Chilli finely chopped½ teaspoon crushed black pepper Light Soy Sauce according to tasteFine pasta boiled or 2 minute noodles Handful cashewsChopped spring onion, coriander and parsley
METHOD
In a wok add some oil.Add in the garlic, ginger and onionsStir fry for few minutes. Add in the fresh chilliAdd in the chicken strips.Stir fry few seconds or till colour changes.Add in vegetables. Stir fry for few minutes. Add in the soya sauceContinue to fryAdd in cashews.Last add in chopped greens (parsley, jalepeno, dhania (coriander)) Adjust seasoning.
