INGREDIENTS
2 x chicken fillet (cubed)1 x punnet mushrooms 1 carrot julienne ¼ cup corn2 packets 2min noodles 1 small chopped onion1 teaspoon crushed chilli1 green chilli1tblsp crushed garlic 1 teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon Tumeric 1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon BBQ garlic powder 1 teaspoon chicken spice Few drops lemon juice 1tblsp soy sauce 1 tablespoon woster sauce Salt
METHOD
1. Boil noodles, strain and set aside2. Marinate chicken-all spices and lemon juice 3. Saute onions in olive oil and crushed chilli4. Drop in chicken and cook on medium-add little water as needed5. When chicken is cooked through add in carrots, mushrooms and corn – let it braise on low till crunchy6. Add in sauces and let simmer7. Drop noodles in and toss till properly coated8. Plate and Serve hot
