Peanut dressing :
2 tablespoon crunchy no added sugar peanut butter 3 tablespoon vinegar 1 to 2 tablespoon soya sauce 1 teaspoon raw honey / or any salt to taste ¼ teaspoon chili powder or crushed 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger 1 grated garlic clove 2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
u can adjust the oil and vinegar depending on how runny u want it
Chop all salad stuff into julienne strips , must be thin
Layer all salad stuff 1 on top of the other
In a small pan roast the sesame seed and nuts , set aside.
Add all the dressing ingredients and mix together .
before serving add the dressing on top and sprinkle the nuts over
