RECIPE
Skewered chicken set on a salad served in bamboo boats with creamy dressing
Skewered chicken
500g chicken fillets cut into strips or cubes
Marinate with
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon green masala
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
2 tablespoon cream
Salt to taste
Melt thin slice of butter
Steam chicken on low till done.
Beat 2 eggs
Dip chicken in egg and coat in kellogs breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil till golden brown.
Salad
Asian salad mix
Pineapple
Cucumber sticks
Coloured peppers finely sliced
Pomegranate seeds
Meze feta cheese
Salad dressing
10 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon brown sugar
Ina parman veg spice
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients
