RECIPE
1) ½ can corn or whole kennel
Braised in green chilli and a 1 tablespoon butter
add ¼ teaspoon salt
2) 2 pkts any 2 minutes noodles cooked as per instruction on packet
3) 2 large potatoes boiled in salt make mash
Add milk..butter....dash of white peper
Make tomato gravy
2 tomatoes grated
¼ onion braised with curry leaves finely cut up 1 green chilli.
Little tumeric
Salt to taste
add ¼ chopped tricolour bellpepers
Chopped chicken or mutton polony or any salami
Add to the tomato curry
Cook not too dry
Add green mint
To assemble
Take foil cups
Spoon a 1 teaspoon of noodles
Then corn
Then tomato onion polony
mix
Pipe a Rose of mash on top
Using a nozzle
Put grated cheese on top
Sprinkle a bit of parsle
Bake in oven at 180* till cheese melts
