INGREDIENTS
1kg puff pastry12 slices PatthaPlain yoghurt1 teaspoon garlic pasteSalt + pepperAamli/ mango chutneyDiced peppersChopped coriander
METHOD
1. Fry pattha slices and cut into 4's.2. Cut puff pastry squares and fit into greased cupcake pans. 3. Baked till done golden and puffed, then press the centers down.4. Stuff with fried Pattha.5. Mix yoghurt with garlic, salt and pepper.6. Top pattha with a little dollop of yoghurt, dollop of chutnies, some diced peppers and coriander.#whenruhanacooks#ruhanaebrahimsrecipes
