INGREDIENTS
125g butter2& 3/4c flour4 teaspoon baking powder
Rind of 1 lemon - grated2 tablespoon poppy seed1 tablespoon fennel seed1/2 Cup caster sugar1/2 Cup dessicated coconut
250ml fresh cream
METHOD
Combine flour and baking powder. Add softened butter and rub together by hand, resembling breadcrumbs.To this, add in remaining ingredients and form a dough with the fresh cream
Roll out, cut into shapes using a cutter or a knife and bake at 180 for about 12minsOnce baked, switch oven off and allow biscuits to crisp up for 15mins
