MethodMix all the kebab ingredients together Refrigerate for 20 minutesMake small kebab balls and refrigerate for another 20 minutesAdd oil in a pan and fry in the oil until light golden brown Sauce In a separate pot melt the butter and add all the ingredients expect for the fresh cream, cook for 3-4 minutes till everything is combined (mix constantly) Add in the fresh cream and mix. Cook for another 2 minutesGarnish with coriander and serve with green salad and naan roti.
