1 box prawns cleaned and butterflied
Marinate in the following:3 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon creamy mayo1 teaspoon crushed garlic2 teaspoon fish masala2 tablespoon fresh creamAromat (a South African Spice) to tasteLemon pepper
Mix together and dip prawns in, 1 at a time.Layer in oven tray. Before baking, drizzled over some lemon butter sauceBake at 180 for 10 to 15mins
Lemon butter sauce125g butter1 teaspoon garlic crushed2 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon creamy mayonnaiseAromat (a South African Spice)3 to 4 Tablespoons fresh cream
Once butter has melted, add remaining ingredients and mix well to combine, keep aside until ready to serve
