My Different Style
Marinate For The Chicken Fillets3 Chicken Fillets cubed1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste2 tablespoon Osmans Taj Mahal butter Chicken Spice or Aminas 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder1 teaspoon Green Chilli paste½ teaspoon Black pepper powder½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera powder½ teaspoon Garam Masala1 teaspoon Tumeric 1 teaspoon lemon juice1 teaspoon salt½ Grated Tomato ¼ Grated OnionMix All above keep aside for 10minIn a Pot on Stove Add 80 g BUTTERADD ALL OF THE MARINATED CHICKEN ABOVE COOK TILL CHICKEN IS ALMOST DONEADD½ Cup Maas or Yoghurt well Beaten andAdd ½ Cup MilkCook add Mix 1 tablespoon Mazina with little water Add to the aboveStir wellLastly Add the 1 Cup Fresh Cream (Can reduce Cream to ½ Cup) Stir Cook till slightly thick runny gravyADJUST SALT & CHILLIGarnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander)

If the gravy gets too thick Add Milk
