🍤3 Boneless chicken, cut into strips 🍤Salt to taste 🍤½ teaspoon. Pepper 🍤1 teaspoon. Onion powder 🍤2½ teaspoon. Chilli powder 🍤1 teaspoon. Dried Parsley 🍤2 teaspoon. Gralic flakes 🍤2 teaspoon. Corn flour 🍤⅛ cup milk
FLOUR MIXTURE 🍤½ c flour 🍤⅓ c Japanese bread crumbs 🍤Salt to taste 🍤¼ teaspoon. Pepper 🍤½ teaspoon. Onion powder 🍤½ teaspoon. Chilli powder 🍤½ teaspoon. Dried parsley 🍤1 teaspoon. Gralic flakes
🍤Oil for frying
METHOD
In a bowl add chicken strips and all the spices along with corn flour and milk, and mix well Now in another bowl add flour, spices and Japanese bread crumbs and mix well Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, and dust the excess flour.Heat the oil and fry the chicken strips on both sides for at least 1 minutes on each side Remove from the oil and drain the excess oil and serve with your favorite sauce
