1.5 cup flour2 teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt1 cup sugar125g butter 2 eggs⅓ cup milk1.5 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon grated zest Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl with a mixer for about 3 minutes. It’s the batter looks or feels a little too thick, add a little more milk. Bake at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
