Chop 1 cup strawberries & add 2 heaped teaspoon sugar... Leave for an hour so sugar dissolves.
Base: 1 packet Tennis biscuits crushed, add 125g butter melted Lay in a spring form pan.
Filling: -In a pot add ¾-1 cup water, 1 packet jelly heat... Add in 2 teaspoon heaped gelatin. -Once dissolved... Remove from heat & leave to cool. -Beat 300ml fresh cream... -Add in jelly mixture -Add in 1 tin condensed milk. -Beat till thick. -Add in chopped strawberries & stir with a spoon (don't beat) - Lay on base & leave 2 set.
Once set add a layer of jelly & decorate with strawberries.
I made a cake base
Beat 3 egg yolks with 3 tablespoon sugar. Beat till white. Add in 3 tablespoon flour 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder & 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. Beat. Whisk egg whites till stiff & add in. Beat together once.
Oil spring form & line with grease proof paper. Add cake batter & bake @ 180 for 10-15 minutes.
Cool & remove lined paper. Add cake back in spring form tin. Then add your filling & jelly
