INGREDIENTS
1 box prawns (I used queen sized. Cleaned, deveined and butterflied)
Marinade:3 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon creamy mayonnaise 1 teaspoon garlic2 teaspoon fish and prawn marinade @sujeesgourmetfoods2 tablespoon fresh creamAromat (a South African Spice)Kashmiri chilies 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Lemon butter sauce:125g butter2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon mayonnaise Aromat (a South African Spice)Green chillies3-4 tablespoon fresh cream
METHOD
Combine ingredients for marinade.Dip each prawn, cover well, into the marinade.Lay prawns flat in an oven tray and drizzle with a bit of lemon butter sauce Bake at 200 for 15mins until pink and done
Lemon butter sauce:Melt butterMix in remaining ingredients
