My Simple style
RECIPE
Boil 2 cups basmati rice with little Harder and salt Drain and keep aside
200g cleaned deveined prawns or fresh shrimpsMarinate with 1 teaspoon lemon juice1 teaspoon crushed red chilli1 teaspoon garlicSaltMarinade few minutes Then braise for 3 minutes in little butterKeep asideSteam a handful of mixed veges Keep asideThen marinate cut 2-3 chicken fillets in cubes With 1 full teaspoon ginger garlicSalt2 teaspoon chilli powder½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon full dhana jeera mix1 teaspoon paprika inIn a pot heat 3-4 tablespoon oil add1 onion grated or finely slicedAdd little mustard seeds and little Jeeru (Cumin)Few slices or 1 teaspoon crushed garlic2 whole slit green chilli Few curry leavesSaute Add the chicken marinadeCook 10 minutesAdd 3-4 grated tomato Add +- 1 tablespoon vinegarAdjust the saltNow add the mixed vegesAnd the riceToss Now add the prawn½ teaspoon garam masala (optional)Cook few minutes Add the rice mix wellWhen done Garnish With finely chopped shallotAnd chopped green dhania (coriander)Make a wagaar with ghee (Clarified butter) and onion (optional)
