INGREDIENTS
1 chicken
Marinade with:2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 sachet Robertsons Portuguese spice1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon lemon herb spice1 teaspoon herbs 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon Durky sauce1 level teaspoon crushed red chillies
Grill with:2 dishing spoons butter/ghee (Clarified butter)Drizzle of cooking oil
Sauce to liquidise:½ bottle Minnie's Mozambique garlic and lemon sauce 2 large tomatoes a little water
Greens, chopped
METHOD
Marinate chicken for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Grill in oven until deliciously charred.
Bring the liquidised sauce to boil. Add in chicken. Lower the heat and simmer until done.
Cold smoke for extra flavour.
Garnish with chopped greens.Serve with chips, salad and savoury rice/rolls.
