3 pieced fillet ( cut into very thin slices ) 2 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon ginger ½ teaspoon egg yellow powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder ½ teaspoon white pepper pinch black pepper ½ teaspoon dhana powder pinch garam masala (very little ) 2 tablespoon double thick yogurt
cook chicken with all the ingredients on high for about 10 minutes . remoe from heat add 2 tablespoon yogurt and mix
TO PUREE In the meantime , saute onion until soft , roughly chop tomatoes and add to onions , add cashews as well and cook for 2 minutes . add 2 to 3 cups water , close with lid and allow the tomatoes and cashews to soften about 15 to 20 minutes. allow to slightly cool add in a food processor and make a smooth paste .
now remove the chicken from the pot into a bowl or plate . add the puree to the pot along with the cream , sugar and butter and simmer on low for 2 minutes . add the chicken to the puree as well as some water and cook on low . serve immediately with rog ne naan
