Adapted to My style
Like a Scone Dough EGG FREE 1 cup flour4 tablespoon soft margarine or butterRub together till it crumbles1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon sugarAdd 1 heaped teaspoon baking powderLittle parsley and mixed herbsMix to a soft dough with yoghurt or MaasRoll out to a round dinner plate size (dough must be a bit thick)Place on a greased baking tray Place your filling Place onion rings and thinly cut up tomato rings sliced in halves.Sprinkle a dash of white pepper on the tomatoAdd few slices of sauted onion Bake at 180 * for 10 minutesREMOVE AND SEE BELOWHow to make a white sauce for this TartIn the meanwhile whilst baking make a white sauce with ½ cup milk dash of white pepper salt and make a paste with 1 teaspoon mazina /cornflour in little waterAdd this to the milk The texture should be like a thinnish custardPour this sauce over the whole tartGarnish with cheesePlace back in oven for another +- 20 minutes or until doneEnjoy warm
