INGREDIENTS
I used 6 hake fish sprinkle some salt crushed black pepper some garlic paste placed in fridge
Batter :1 cup flour ½ cup rice flour 1 egg ½ teaspoon garlic salt pepper ½ teaspoon any fish spice ½ teaspoon garlic and herb 4 tablespoon vinegar milk to make a thick batter whisk everything till smooth
allow this to rest all day , the longer the better
¼ cup flour to dip fish in
tartar sauce :2 tablespoon miracle whip4 tablespoon mayo 2 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon brown sugar 2 pickled gherkins finely chopped parsley
salsa :1 tomato¼ onion handful dhania (coriander) ¼ teaspoon garlic pinch ground green chili ( u can add more if u eat strong)salt to taste
Add in food processor
METHOD
When you ready to serve
heat oil - oil should not be smoking hot nor cold
place fish in flour , pat flour of ( try not to ommit this step as the flour will allow the batter to stick better on fish as well as stay on the fish )
place fish in batter , coat nicely place in oil fry only 3 minutes both side
Tartar sauce :mix everything together

I had quite abit batter still left over so u can make less if you also doing only 6 hake slices
