INGREDIENTS
Sandwich Filling:
-any breaded/battered fish (crumbled)
-asda four cheese mix(grated cheese) or any grated cheese of your choice/preference
-mayonnaise
-salt
-chilli powder
-chopped spring-onions
Bread
Butter for toasting
METHOD
1.)mix all of the filling ingredients together till everything is well combined.
2.)make sandwiches and toast.
3.)serve hot.
INFO & TIPS
I use to often find myself with leftover fish,never knew what to do with it until this idea came to mind...I intentionally buy/make extra fish now so that I can have leftovers for a toastie :)
*if I have leftover polony/Viennas/chips/ sausages (instead of fish)... I cube it and add everything as above including mustard sauce and tomato ketchup*
