INGREDIENTS

-marinated fish (some butchers sell ready marinated masala fish)-aubergine (cut in rounds) -potato (cut in rounds) -tomato chutney (I used basic recipe from good cooks by Misses Wadee 2nd edition, 2ndprint, 2003 - but you can use any) -green chilli slices -chopped green dhania (coriander)
METHOD
1.)half fry fish, aubergine and potato separately - drain and keep aside2.)make tomato chutney according to recipe3.) in a baking dish - layer fish - potato slices - aubergine slices - top with tomato chutney, chopped dhania (coriander) and sliced green chilli.4.)bake at 180degrees for +-30mins
