1.)half fry fish, aubergine and potato separately - drain and keep aside2.)make tomato chutney according to recipe3.) in a baking dish - layer fish - potato slices - aubergine slices - top with tomato chutney, chopped dhania (coriander) and sliced green chilli.4.)bake at 180degrees for +-30mins
