2 Sweet potatoes with skin on sliced thickly
1 small butternut cubed in big chunks
1 red pepper cut into big squares

A tray of corn on the cob boiled in salted water until done and kept aside
2 gem squash boiled. Halved and cleaned. Kept aside
Marinate veggies: (except corn and squash)
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoon chillies sauce
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon veg spice
Mix and coat the veggies and place on baking tray and in the oven. Bake veggie until tender..
Keep adding water so that it doesn't dry out.
250ml fresh cream
2tblspn mustard sauce
1/2cup green dhania (coriander) chopped
1 tin creamstyle corn.
Mix and set aside
Once veggies are done. Pour sauce over veggies
Place in mealies and gem squash.
Coat mealies in sauce and pour the sauce in gem squash.
Cover with foil and return to the oven and make for 30min and serve.
