1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup pumpkin, cubed
1 pack Patti pan
Steam until tender, transfer to pyrex dish. Drizzle with 2 tablespoon olive oil.
2 cups milk
½ packet thick white onion soup mix with 60ml water add to milk. Bring to boil over the stove, add 1 cup grated gouda cheese. throw over vegetables sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven 180 deg ±20 minutes, until heated through and cheese melts.
