2 slabs aero mint chocolate1 slab peppermint crisp chocolate1 packet marie biscuits1 packet tennis biscuits1 cup icing sugar1 cup cocoa powder½ cup water125g butter
1. Roughly crush marie biscuits.2. Roughly crush tennis biscuits.3. Roughly chop aero and peppermint crisp. Divide into 2 portions. 4. Heat butter in a saucepan, add water, cocoa and icing sugar. Bring to boil forming chocolate fudge.5. Remove from heat and cool a little.6. Add chocolate fudge to tennis biscuits. Then add and half the aero and peppermint crisp and half of the marie biscuits. 7. Roughly mix in.8. Spray and cook a springform pan.9. Gently push down half of mixture. 10. Then from the remainder chocolate and marie biscuits, divide in 2 portions again. 11. Place the one half of chocolate and maries over the fudge biscuit mixture.12. Spoon over remaining fudge biscuit mixture, and gently smooth down.13. Sprinkle on remainder chocolate and maries.14. Cover with clingfilm and place in fridge to set.15. Once firm, slice into squares and serve.
