RECIPE
1 packet of Ladyfinger biscuits
1 large double cream/fresh cream(whipped with 4 tblspoons icing sugar)
1 mug of black coffee cooled
1 tin of caramel treat
1 small tin of nestle cream
1 large Crunchie Chocolate(crushed )
Method:
Line a loaf pan with cling film.Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee(do not immerse,just dip and remove).Layer in the pan.Next,spoon a layer of the fresh cream over.Sprinkle a layer of Crunchie over this.Now,repeat the layers with the ladyfingers,cream and Crunchie.Leave in a fridge to set for atleast 3 hours.Just before serving,whisk the caramel treat with the nestle cream.Turn the set desert out onto a platter and pour the caramel treat mixture over so that it falls over the sides.Lastly sprinkle the remaining Crunchie over and serve!Jazakallah🍽
