INGREDIENTS
1 tin Caramel condensed milk1 ΒΎ Tennis biscuits 1 cup whipping cream Orly 6 Tablespoons castor sugar 2-3 drops peppermint essence3 Peppermint crisp chocolate bars
METHOD
Gather all ingredients in front. In a bowl whip cream, then add Caramel condensed milk, castor sugar and drops of Peppermint essence. Beat well, stir in 2/3 of crushed peppermint crisp sweets.Using a buttered pyrex dish place tennis biscuits. Now spoon the β
Caramel mixture on top spreading it evenly. Repeat the process finish off with a layer on top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Dust off the balance of the crushed Peppermint choc. Pattern them off on diagonally or squares. Serve these after a delicious meal... A must have sweet dessart... πππ
