INGREDIENTS
For the Cake
•4eggs
•1 teaspoon vanilla essence
•1 cup castor sugar
•¼ cup oil
•½ cup water
•2tblsp cocoa
•1cup flour
•1 teaspoon baking powder
For the Caramel Ganache
•1/2tin Caramel treat
•1/2tin nestle cream
•A little bit of sugar according to you taste
METHOD
For the Cake
Beat eggs till nice and fluffy add in vanilla essence and gradually add in sugar, beating well. Heat the water and add in cocoa . Fold in the cocoa mixture and oil into batter. Sift flour and baking powder and add to your batter and beat for a minutes or so till well mixed.
Pour into your cake pan and bake at 180 till done
For the ganache
-Whisk the ganache ingredients well and pour it over your cake
