1 cup self raising flour 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 100g butter or margarine ⅓ cup cocoa ½ cup buttermilk (add 1 teaspoon vinegar to full cream milk, allow to stand for five minutes) ½ cup sugar 3 tablespoon strong coffee paste (mix coffee powder with 2 tablespoon water)
Add all the above into a blender, blend till smooth. Pour into baking pan and bake on 180 degrees for 25 minutes or till a skewer comes out clean.
Nutella Ganache Add about 2 tablespoon of Nutella to about 3 tablespoon cream, place over low heat and mix till smooth. Drizzle over warm cake.
