-½ tin condensed milk
-1/2cup hot water (not boiling)
-1 ¼ tblspns gelatine
-crushed marie biscuits or rich tea biscuits
1.)in a saucepan,break the milkybar into pieces,add 3tblspns freshcream and melt on low heat till dissolved. Keep aside to cool down.
2.)whip the rest of the freshcream with the condensed milk till soft peaks are formed. Then fold (1.) into (2.).
3.)disslove the gelatine in the hot water and mix it into the above mixture.
4.)pour mixture into individual glasses and place in fridge to set overnight.
5.)before serving,top the mousse with the crushed biscuits and decorate as desired.
