INGREDIENTS
4 Egg's separated
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
½ cup boiling Water
½ cup Oil
1 teaspoon V/essence
2 tab Cocoa
4 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch salt
METHOD
Beat yolk and sugar till creamy.
Add vanilla and beat.
Add oil first, beat then add water and beat.
Sift dry ingredients to above mixture and beat well.
In a separate bowl beat white till stiff and then gently fold into cake mixture.
Pour into greased pan of choice and bake for between 20-25 minutes.
I baked a table spoon of mixture in cupcake pans and then made mini cakes.
