INGREDIENTS
2TB sugar3TB flour2TB cocoa1 teaspoon baking powder5TB milk 1 teaspoon vanilla essence2TB butter
Pistachio and kunafe topping for frosting
METHOD
Grease a suitable mug or microwave-safe bowl. Combine all the ingredients above and microwave on high for 30 secs or longer until cooked. (Cooking times will vary)
Mixture should be slightly runny after you combine the ingredients.
Allow to cool slightly then top with pistachio and kunafe paste.
INFO & TIPS
You can also top with Nutella if desired
