RECIPE
1 chicken cut in quarters2 teaspoons fresh garlic 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_foods green masala1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon coarse black pepper1 teaspoon fine red chillies3 teaspoons crushed red chillies ¼ cup olive oil 4 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons vinegar 3 tablespoons grated butter 2 tablespoons Nando's medium peri peri sauce2 tablespoons Nando's lemon & herb sauce
Basting Sauce:2 tablespoons Nando's medium peri-peri sauce2 tablespoons Nando's hot peri peri sauce2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons grated butter Mix the above together
Extra sauce :4 tablespoons Nando's medium peri-peri sauce4 Tblspns Nando's hot peri peri sauce4 Tblspns Nando's extra hot peri-peri sauce6 dried birds eye chillies (crushed) I omitted Juice of half lemon100g butter 125 ml fresh cream* boil until thick
Method :Marinate chicken. Melt butter in a skillet, add little lemon juice. Fry on high heat and then transfer chicken to an electric griller. Keep basting with basting sauce until done. Just before removing the chicken from the griller baste with extra sauce. Place in a platter and pour little of the extra sauce over. Serve extra sauce in a bowl. Enjoy
