1 ¼ cup cake flour (blue Ribbon) 3 ½ teaspoon royal baking powder ¾ cup sugarPinch salt125g butter choice (room temp) 3 large fresh eggs, (room temp) ¼ cup double cream yogurt2 ¾ teaspoon coco powder¼ cup fresh clover milk1 teaspoon vanilla essence (Robertsons)
In a bowl, add butter and sugar mix until completely dessolved,add eggs one by one, whisk until creamy. Add vanilla essence. Sift in dry ingredients into wet mixture. Add milk and yougurt make into batter. A bundt cake pan can be used, grease, pour and bake in preheated oven 160 degrees for 25-30 until skewers comes out clean. Chocolate Ganache 155g small tin nestle cream/fresh cream 100g milk chocolate Make sauce and top the chocolate cake once cooked. For special occasions tuck in fresh roses or fill with chocolate balls, wafer or just decorate as you wish to suit the occasion. A fancy stand, placed the cake at the centre of tea table.
