2 potatoes boiled & grated2 eggs beaten 3 tablespoon sour cream or mayonnaiseJuice of ½ lemonChopped dhania (coriander) /corianderChopped spring onions½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon cayenne pepper½ teaspoon lemon & herb spice( or lemon pepper & dried herbs)Parsley1 teaspoon crushed chillies1 teaspoon crushed garlic3 tablespoon flour1 teaspoon baking powderSalt to tasteSweetcorn (optional)
METHOD
Mix all the above ingredients. Fry in oil or you could use spray & cook.
Fry on moderate heat until brown in colour.
Serve with green dhania (coriander) chutney & sour cream.
