1 kg chicken mince Washed and drained.
Make wagaar wit 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in tuj (cinnamon stick) Elachi (cardomom) and whole green chillies and little jeeru (cumin). Add in ginger garlic masala and fry little. Add in mince.Add in 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
Allow to cook and break down mince.Add in 4 grated tomatoes and ¼ tin tomato puree. Cook.Add in 6-8 med Potatoes and 1 chopped green pepper.Allow to cook.Garnish with greens

Mutton or beef mince can be substituted for chicken mince
