INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon finely grated garlic3 TB milkHalf packet yeast1 TB sugar1 teaspoon salt2 c plain flourHalf a cup of warm water
METHOD
Mix all ingredients,adding more milk if its too stiff. Leave to rise for 1 hour. It should double in size.Divide into 8 portions. Roll into sausage shapes and flatten slightly (a big oval).
Leave to rise for a further 40 minutes.
Bake at 210 degrees for 12 minutes.
Spread with melted butter or ghee (Clarified butter) when out of the oven and serve hot!
