1 chicken
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powder
1 teaspoon crushed chillie
1 teaspoon dhana
½ teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon chicken spice
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon vinegar
4 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce
60 grams butter

Marinate and cook in butter or grill in oven
