Strawberry And Cream🍓

INGREDIENTS

-500ml fresh cream
-1 ½ punnet strawberries
-Sugar- Depends according to your sweetness
-1 teaspoon vanilla Essence
-A drop of pink food colouring

METHOD

-Grind the strawberries with the sugar, dont grind the strawberries completely, it should be coarse
-Beat the fresh cream till slightly thick, we dont want it thick enough for piping
-Add the strawberry mixture to your cream, along with the vanilla essence and food colour
-Beat till well combined
-Serve in your platter and refrigerate
-Serve Cold
