INGREDIENTS
½ kg chicken fillet finely cubed 1 cup finely grated mature cheddar cheese Salt to taste2 teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoon crushed garlic1 tablespoon ginger¼ cup chopped jalapeños ¼ cup jalapeño sauce (I used jo jo brand)1 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 teaspoon chicken spice 3 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon butter ⅓ cup finely chopped coriander Beaten egg Bread crumbs Samosa pur
METHOD
Melt butter in a large pot, all above spices and sauces till water burned out and chicken cooked. Add cheese and coriander mix well. Fill your samosas, dip in egg and crumbs. Enjoy
