Moist Chocolate Cake With Coffee Icing And Chocolate Toppings

INGREDIENTS

2 cups flour sifted3 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda1 cup sugar¼ cup coffee½ cocoa powder1 cup oil 1 cup boiling water1 cup maas1 teaspoon vanilla extract

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°CSift dry ingredients in a bowlMix wet ingredients separately Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredientsMix well and transfer into a well greased oven tray Lightly tap on table top to release air
Bake till skewer comes out clean
Icing125g butter2 cups icing sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon coffee diluted in a little warm water
Cream the butter and essence and add in icing sugar and coffee and mix till creamy
I used a piping bag and just piped dots of icing on top of the cakeI then topped with Astros and Chocolates
