INGREDIENTS
6x Chicken Fillets, ½ Cup Plain Yogurt2 teaspoon lemon juice1 Clove Garlic, crushed 6 teaspoon Aminas Tandoori Marinade(I used this..or (1 teaspoon Tandoori Spice added ¼ teaspoon Paprika Spice
METHOD
Cut the fillets into slices in a large bowl.Add the yogurt & spices & Amina’s marinade to the chicken .Add the crushed garlic & marinade for 1 -2 hours in your fridge or you can overnite as well.Add the fillets in the oven proof dish & lightly add oil in it.Bake in the oven @ 190 for 25 /30 minutes.Lovely with a toss salad, sesame seed rolls & potato wedges on the side & roasted corn .🇵🇸

Also use this marinade on fish or steak or chops as well🌹
