3 big pieces chicken fillet cut into cubes Marinade in : 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon red chillie paste ½ teaspoon ginger ¼ cup Amina's Portuguese marinade 1 teaspoon Robertson Portuguese spice 1 teaspoon Robertson chicken spice ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper . 1 punnet sliced mushrooms
To assemble : Lettuces Cucumbers Sliced olives Feta cubes Grated cheese Mayo
Marinade chicken for atleast 1 hour . Cook in butter until nearly done , before water dries out add the mushrooms and cook until done .
Assemble : Open pita completely ( you should have 2 pieces) Spread some mayo , layer lettuce , add chicken and mushroom , add all the toppings , close pita , using your griller heat it and allow to form the lines on the pita .

You can cook chicken with whatever sauces you like .
For health way omit mayo and add low fat cottage cheese .
