Macaroon Cakes

RECIPE

¼ pound butter½ cup castor sugarBeat till creamyThen add 3 egg yolks1 tablespoon vanilla½ cup milk1 cup flourPinch of salt2 teaspoon baking powderMix well,leave aside
Beat egg whites until stiffSlowly add in½ cup sugar1 cup coconut
METHODGrease and line a ring or round pan or simply use cupcake cases put ½ of batter down,then spread coconut mixture over . Bake at 180 for ± 35 minutes.
